Great Glen Community Wildspace advise:
David Scott, our expert bird watcher, is once again leadiing a series of spring bird watching walks, concentrating on finding spring migrants and identifying them from their songs and calls.
There will be a total of three walks, you are welcome to any or all. They will run from 9.00-11.00, with the first beginning at the Memorial Green, opposite the Pug and Greyhound, this coming Sunday 30th April.
The second will be held on 21st May, and the third and final walk will probably be on June 25th, to be confirmed later. The starting places of the second and third walks will be announced nearer the time.
You may know that our shed was blown down in Storm Doris, so to help fund raise for new storage, there will be a small charge of £4 per walk, or all three for £10 if paid at the first meeting.
Please send your contact details to David to confirm that you would like to attend, at email@example.com or phone 0116 259 3663, so that he can inform you should there be a last minute change of plan.
Note you do not need to be a member of Great Glen Community Wildspace to go along.
